Overview

Breva records clinical visits or dictation and produces a live transcript. After recording stops, it prepares a clinical note, suggested billing codes and patient instructions for clinician review.

Clinicians can edit the documents, inspect suggested corrections, and copy or export the reviewed output. Practices with a configured Meditab IMS connection can also send reviewed documentation to an open chart visit.

Annual Wellness Visits: preparation using IMS chart context, an English or Spanish patient questionnaire, wellness documentation and a patient handout.

IMS Integration: access to the practice's Schedule and Patient Chart, pre-visit preparation and reviewed chart delivery.
