Website privacy and measurement

Updated September 18, 2026. This page describes the public breva.health website. Clinical data handling is described on the security page.

Demo requests

The form stores the business contact details you submit and notifies Breva so we can respond. Name, practice and email are required. Phone is optional. Do not include patient information. Contact hello@breva.health about access to or deletion of your request.

Demo bookings

When you book a demo, Breva uses Google Calendar to check available times and create your meeting invitation and Google Meet link. Your name, practice, email and optional phone number are included in the appointment. Only Breva connects its calendar; visitors do not sign in to Google to book.

Cookies and website activity

If you allow tracking, we use first-party cookies to recognize this browser, group visits into sessions, and measure page views, scrolling, demo links, form starts, submission attempts and saved requests. We record broad screen-size categories, recognized referral domains and campaign tags. These records help us understand which visits lead to demo requests.

The browser cookie lasts up to 90 days from the latest accepted visit. A session ends after 30 minutes without measured activity. Your tracking choice is remembered for six months. Event records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Browser identifiers are random; they are not reliable identifiers of a person across devices.

If you submit a demo request while tracking is allowed, we attach its browser and campaign information to the saved contact request so we can understand the inquiry. Contact records have a separate retention period and can be deleted on request. We do not copy form contents into website event records.

Our website measurement does not record your screen, keystrokes, full referral URLs, IP addresses or browser fingerprints. Normal hosting and security services still process network requests. Tracking applies to the public website, not the clinical application.

Google Analytics

With your tracking permission, we also send page views, scroll milestones, demo-link clicks, form starts, submission attempts and successful requests to Google Analytics 4. Google uses cookies to recognize browsers and report traffic sources, engagement and conversions. Its network requests include information about your browser and device, and Google processes IP addresses to derive approximate location.

Our tag sends the page address without its query string, the referral origin and recognized campaign values. It does not send your contact-form answers or Breva browser identifiers. Google Analytics cookies are set for this public website for up to 90 days. Google event and user data retention is set to 14 months, without resetting that period on new activity. Most standard aggregate reports are not governed by that retention setting. Breva event records are separate and expire after 90 days.

Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. The tag is not installed in the clinical application.

Your choice

No tracking events are sent before you allow tracking. Use Tracking preferences in the footer to decline later. Declining removes Breva visitor and session cookies and the Google Analytics cookies on this site, and stops further collection. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals also keep tracking off. You can request a demo with tracking declined.

Removing cookies does not delete events already recorded. Contact hello@breva.health with privacy questions or deletion requests.
